Description of Services
Carenect provides a healthcare staffing platform that connects healthcare facilities (Providers) with staffing agencies (Agencies) to facilitate the placement of qualified healthcare professionals. Our services include:
• Shift posting and management
• Worker proposal and matching
• Compliance tracking and documentation
• Timesheet and attendance management
• Communication tools between parties
User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain valid professional credentials and licenses (for healthcare workers)
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Carenect and others
Provider Responsibilities
Healthcare Providers using our platform agree to:
• Provide accurate facility and shift information
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Ensure a safe working environment for placed workers
• Process payments in accordance with agreed terms
• Report any incidents or concerns promptly
Agency Responsibilities
Staffing Agencies using our platform agree to:
• Verify the credentials and qualifications of their workers
• Ensure workers have valid right to work documentation
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with all employment laws and regulations
• Provide accurate worker availability and skill information
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established between Providers and Agencies through our platform. Carenect may charge service fees as outlined in your service agreement. All payments are subject to our payment processing terms and applicable taxes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carenect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carenect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
